We’re back from the Indo Expo trade show, which took place in Portland at the beginning of August. The Indo Expo helps with fostering B2B relationships and provides a professional platform for producers, processors, wholesalers, and retailers. This full-spectrum event showcases numerous companies, brands and product lines. There was a wide variety of product demonstrations, educational seminars, networking opportunities, classes, and workshops available at the expo.
We had the distinct pleasure of exhibiting alongside of our long standing distributor, Portland Hydro. Our reps spoke with many different business leaders at the show on the first day. It was a humbling experience to learn that many of these industry leaders were already customers of ours! We were pleased with the prevalence of our equipment in the cannabis industry, which is being used daily in the labs of thousands of customers to produce award winning medicine for patients in need.
The show has grown exponentially since the previous year (no pun intended). The best part of the show was all of the opportunities we had to educate new customers about the many relevant applications for our products. On Sunday, the general public was allowed to enter the show. During the afternoon, we saw a significant increase in foot traffic. The hottest topics of discussion were our incredible short path distillation systems, jacketed glass reactors, and rotary evaporators. There is an ongoing demand for equipment that can perform processes such as winterization for a variety of end products –for which our equipment satisfies those requirements, of course! 😉
Overall, the Indo Expo was a fantastic show. We had the distinct pleasure of meeting many talented entrepreneurs and business owners alike. Plus, we got to experience the best of everything that Portland has to offer! We’d like to thank Portland Hydroponics for their hospitality, and for partnering with us at the show.
